Any app, especially an encyclopedia needs to be updated. This needs to be updated quarterly, at least. The world is changing to fast.

How about an automatic alphabetization of "favorites" and "saves" for starters and a synch for multiple devices...
Your reputation has deep roots. We are all remembering your products fondly and longing for you to come out of the past and into the present. Can you not just hire a good developer to help you out?! Seriously!
Would think EB is it. But No ! Doesnt even have a reader, not even a page marker ? Just signed in today and hope they send back my refund. Will keep on reading Wiki. It has everything plus its free. Dont know what has gotten to me. Adios EB.
I bought a years subscription on my iPhone, assuming that I could also access the content on my iPad. But no, Im asked to pay all over again to read exactly the same stuff on my iPad.
No update released for so long. It seems you developed the app and decided not to listen to any reader. We spend money not sand or gravel remember. Update the app and redesign it or else that will be my last renewal.
It keeps downloading itself every time I open iBooks and its design is stuck in 2012.
Please add sidebar support for iPad Air 2. I use Wikipedia instead because of the lack of this feature.
So excited that they decided to open up the content...and the quizzes are a great addition as well!
So excited Britannica has opened up their content in the app! And the quizzes are a great addition as well.
After update saved offline files crash program.
Nah, Nature review found Wikipedia to have less errors than EB. Ttyl
Im upgrading by one star. New version doesnt crash, looks nicer. App still needs work (access to dictionary and other common reading app features). Getting better though. Since this app is pathetic Im downgrading it to one star, reason being is that since I started using it a lot it crashes on certain pages of some articles and also because it has seldom been updated. Content is great and reasonable for fifteen bucks a year but the app is really bad - no access to the dictionary no book marks no customization. It looks alright and works well but is really lacking otherwise.
If you want to read a long article there is no way to keep your place. Otherwise the app works well and the content is much more readable than Wikipedia.
