This is shamefully poor.

My second attempt to access what was in print a valuable resource.

Every time I search a topic, I find much more in Wikipedia. Today I searched for the WW I English veteran Henry Harry Patch and I could not find a listing, while Wikipedia a an ample write up.

This will be my second cancellation of their paid subscription.
